"4th of July Celebration"

Description: My salute to the birth of the USA. The work contains elements relevent to that birth. First is the Liberty Bell, second is Independence Hall (location of the signing of the Declaration of Independence), third is the Declaration of Independence, fourth is the "Fife and Drummers" who are immortalized in a painting of them march through battle for independence, fifth is the original "Betsy Ross" flag with the 13 star circle in the blue field, and lastly is the fireworks that loudly boast yet another birthday for a great nation.

"The space scapes"

I do these in honor of my son and his dream to become an astronaut someday.

"Toy Plane"

This is the first toy I made for my son. It started out with a"kamaboko" board. It started to look like a wing so I added a body with a tail to it then realilzed the wing was to short. So I added the gull wing extensions to make it look right.

"Toy Sail boat"

This was the fourth toy I made for my son. Originally it was supposed to float in the bath tub but alas it is not sea worthy. So it was left to sail the high seas of the house carpet. The body is solid wood(hence it won't float) and the mast is an aluminum rod with brass rod for the railing. The sails are a simple canvas material.

Orinoco Flow(Sail Away):
Let me sail, let me sail, let the Orinoco flow!
Let me reach, let me beach on the shores of Tripoli!
Let me sail, let me sail, let me crash upon your shore!
Let me reach, let me beach far beyond the Yellow Sea!
Ha de de de de (repeat)
